After successfully completed first phase, we continue the works on residence and business complex K district in Belgrade.

The project of over 100,000 m2 between the Belgrade Fortress and the Danube, in addition to residential and business space, also provides areas intended for children, rest and recreation, while shops, restaurants, cafes, bookstores and galleries will make the whole neighborhood comfortable, pleasant and complete.

The project is implemented in four phases.

Phase C is a new residential and business complex that occupies a total area of 31,530.65 m2, with 155 residential units arranged in five lamellas, one of which is business lamella. In this building there are apartments of different structures.

In addition, this beautifully decorated building will have in the business lamella eight business units, with a restaurant on the ground floor. One wing will be residential and the other will be business, while the shops will be located on the ground floor. The entrance to the complex towards the building from Phase C will be from Vojvode Bojović Street.

Our system for windows and balcony doors has met all requests for thermal insulation, stability and security. Outdoor venetian blinds gave the object authenticity and with this innovative project we had the opportunity to present also innovation in our market: a ventilated facade system with Terracotta finishing line.
